The Shift runs for six months, in a rhythm that fits your life: one 90-minute session monthly, or two 45-minute sessions fortnightly. Session one sets a clear goal together; every session after moves you toward it — astrology to track the pattern, shamanic healing to work on it directly, self-focusing sessions so the change reaches daily life, not just understanding.
